I love the conviviality of a market and have been wanting to start photographing them for a year or so. It really boils my blood that so many have been lost due to regeneration so I applaud those small towns that know the value of a decent market, and don’t bulldoze them in favour of bowling alleys, shopping centres and hotels that nobody really wants or needs.
